Arrived damaged? Every piece is handmade and packed with care. If yours arrives broken, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement. No need to return the broken piece.

Changed your mind? Unused pieces in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and original shipping isn't refundable. Contact us first and we'll send the return address.

Lost in the mail? If tracking shows your package is lost, we'll reship it at no cost.
